To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
All tags, accessories, and original packaging must be included.
Proof of purchase is required.
Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless it was our error.

Exchanges:

Non-Returnable Items:

Items that are used, worn, damaged intentionally, or submitted without proof of purchase cannot be returned.
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we cover all return shipping fees.
